Parent Groups
We run two groups during term-time in the church hall (entry by the side door in Moreton Road).
Mums Dads and Under 2s
Mums Dads and Under 2s is on Mondays between 10.00am and 11.30am. We average a dozen mums and dads. There is a range of baby toys, ride-on toys, books and puzzles, cars, dolls house and the playhouse.
Mums Dads and Under 5s
Mums Dads and Under 5s is on Fridays, also between 10.00am – 11.30am. We average 30 mums and dads. As well as the toys listed above we also have playdoh, duplo, a trampoline and painting. At 11 am there is a story and craft time for the over 2s and we finish with a time of singing. Every term we have a visit from the children’s librarian.
The two groups join together for special events like the Christmas Party and the photographer who comes once a year. There is a small weekly charge towards costs and the child sponsorship scheme that we support.
